The foundation will not fund:
- Any organization that accepts funds for Abstinence Only education.
- Employment, Housing and Emergency Services organizations. (While organizations doing work in these areas have been supported by the foundation in the past, they will no longer be considered.)
- Any organization in which funds will be used for the study and/or propagation of a particular religious faith.
- National organizations (health, welfare, education, or culture) or their state and local affiliates.
- Medical, scientific, or academic research.
- Health care institutions, including residential care, medical treatment programs, clinics, or recreational programs for medical or psychiatric patients.
- Individuals.
- Films or recordings.
- Capital and endowment campaigns, building and equipment acquisition, or fund-raising drives for building expansion and rehabilitation.
- Meetings or isolated events.
- Purchase of tickets to testimonial events or goodwill advertising in yearbooks and dinner programs.
- Any grantee organization more than once during the calendar year.
